About Neurodiversity KGV
Our KGV Chapter is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for underprivileged families with special needs through a variety of advocacy initiatives and tailored programs. We believe that every family deserves access to resources, support, and community engagement, enabling them to thrive despite the challenges they may face.

Through our advocacy work, we strive to raise awareness about the unique needs of these families, influencing policy changes and promoting inclusive practices within our communities. Our programs are designed to provide practical assistance, educational workshops, and social integration activities that empower families and foster a sense of belonging.

By collaborating with local organizations, volunteers, and community members, we aim to build a supportive network that champions the rights and needs of special needs families. Together, we can create a brighter future where every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Social Media Advocacy
By leveraging social media platforms such as Instagram, we aim to share educational content to highlight the experiences of neurodivergent individuals. Additionally, our platforms serve as a place to document previous events, activities, and workshops we have hosted.

On our Instagram media page, we have covered a range of neurodiverse conditions including ADHD, Dyslexia, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Digital Program
The Neurodiversity Digital Program is an initiative designed to foster confidence among neurodivergent individuals in our modern world by equipping them with the necessary technological skills.

Through a series of fun workshops including film-making, photography, coding and more, the program aims to support individuals with using day-to-day technology and empower them to embrace their creativity!
Each session is generally conducted on a one-on-one basis, enabling instructors to tailor their teaching methods to the individual needs of the participant.

JCSRS Activities
Neurodiversity KGV organizes seasonal events at Jockey Club Sarah Roe School.

Chinese New Year: Chinese Calligraphy with the students at JSCRS to help them improve their motor skills and develop control over new writing instruments.

Christmas: Cookie decorating helps the students to improve hand-eye coordination, whilst simultaneously expressing their creativity.

Nesbitt Centre
Organized by Neurodiversity HK, this three-day program during the Christmas Break was conducted in collaboration with the Nesbitt Centre. Participants engaged in a variety of activities including dancing, singing, arts and crafts, and cooking.

Each activity was thoughtfully designed to not only foster creativity and self expression, but also to teach essential life skills. Working closely with the same group of children over this period helped to build lasting memories.
